이용약관
BAEKIT 계정, AI 생성 기능, BP 및 유료 플랜 이용에 적용되는 기본 조건입니다.

1. 서비스와 약관의 적용
이 약관은 주식회사 코엑트(이하 ‘회사’)가 제공하는 BAEKIT 웹, 데스크톱 앱, AI 생성, 자동화, 저장 및 관련 유료 서비스에 적용됩니다. 이용자가 계정을 만들거나 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
회사는 중요한 변경 사항을 시행 전에 서비스 화면 또는 등록 이메일로 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중대한 변경은 관련 법령이 요구하는 기간과 방법에 따라 사전 고지합니다.
2. 계정과 이용자 책임
이용자는 정확한 정보를 제공하고 로그인 수단을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다. 계정에서 발생한 무단 사용을 알게 되면 즉시 회사에 알려야 합니다.
만 14세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다. 미성년자는 유료 서비스 구매 전에 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 합니다.
3. 요금, BP과 구독
유료 플랜의 가격, 결제 주기, 제공 BP과 주요 조건은 구매 화면에 표시됩니다. 세금 또는 환율에 따라 최종 결제 금액이 달라질 수 있으며, 결제 전에 이를 확인할 수 있습니다.
구독은 구매 화면에 명시된 주기로 자동 갱신될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 다음 갱신 전에 구독을 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 후에도 이미 결제한 이용 기간이 끝날 때까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
BP은 BAEKIT 서비스 내 생성 기능을 사용하기 위한 이용 단위이며 현금이나 전자화폐가 아닙니다. 환불과 청약철회에는 별도 환불정책이 적용됩니다.
4. 입력 콘텐츠와 생성 결과
이용자는 업로드한 프롬프트, 이미지, 영상, 음원 및 기타 자료를 사용할 권한을 보유해야 합니다. 이용자는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 회사와 선택한 AI 제공자가 해당 자료를 처리하도록 허용합니다.
생성 결과의 이용 가능 범위는 선택한 모델과 제공자의 조건, 관련 법령 및 제3자의 권리에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 이용자는 공개 또는 상업적 이용 전에 권리, 정확성, 초상권 및 안전성을 직접 검토해야 합니다.
5. 금지되는 이용
이용자는 관련 법령, 타인의 권리, 서비스 보안 및 각 AI 제공자의 정책을 준수해야 합니다.
- 불법, 기만, 명예훼손, 차별, 착취 또는 권리침해 콘텐츠의 생성·유통
- 동의 없는 민감정보, 사칭, 딥페이크 또는 타인의 생체정보 악용
- 서비스 우회, 취약점 악용, 과도한 자동 요청 또는 제3자 계정 침해
- 생성 결과를 사람이 만든 사실 자료로 오인시키는 방식의 유해한 사용
6. 변경, 중단과 책임
회사는 안정적인 제공을 위해 합리적으로 노력하지만 외부 AI 제공자, 통신망, 점검 또는 불가항력으로 일부 기능이 변경되거나 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 중요한 유료 기능의 장기 중단에는 관련 법령과 환불정책에 따른 구제 절차를 제공합니다.
회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 간접손해나 이용자가 생성 결과를 검토하지 않아 발생한 손해에 대한 책임은 제한됩니다. 소비자에게 보장되는 강행 법규상 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.

Terms of Service
The baseline terms for BAEKIT accounts, AI generation, BP, and paid plans.
Effective August 25, 2026
1. Service and acceptance
These Terms apply to BAEKIT web, desktop, AI generation, automation, storage, and related paid services provided by COACT Co., Ltd. Creating an account or using the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
We will announce material changes through the service or registered email before they take effect, using any notice period required by applicable law.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in method, and promptly report unauthorized account use. Users under 14 may not use the service, and minors need guardian consent before purchasing paid services.
3. Fees, BP, and subscriptions
The checkout screen shows price, billing cycle, included BP, taxes, and material plan conditions before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically at the stated interval and can be canceled before the next renewal.
BP are units for using BAEKIT generation features, not cash or electronic money. The separate Refund Policy governs withdrawals and refunds.
4. Inputs and generated output
You must have the rights needed for prompts and media you upload. You permit us and the selected AI provider to process those materials only as needed to provide the requested service.
Output rights and suitability depend on the selected model, provider terms, applicable law, and third-party rights. Review accuracy, safety, publicity rights, and commercial-use clearance before publishing output.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use BAEKIT for unlawful, deceptive, exploitative, infringing, privacy-invasive, or security-abusive activity, or to bypass provider safeguards and service controls.
6. Availability and liability
Features can change or pause because of maintenance, networks, external AI providers, or events beyond reasonable control. Material paid-service failures are handled under applicable law and the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
